What happens to my original Photos?
A. Your original documents \ pictures \ images
are carefully scanned using only flatbed scanners.
All work is then done on the digital copy. Your original
is returned with your restoration.

a photo restoration mailed to you?
A. Scan your photo, write it on to a disk and mail it to us along with the specific instructions.

Q. What are the techniques involved in
Photo Restoration?
A. Eliminating (Make it bold) damaged portions, rebuilding missing elements is Restoration. Retouching (Make it bold) is removal of unnecessary elements or cosmetic flaws from the photos \ documents.
Imaging (Make it bold) is a technique wherein we can add, merge elements or objects to generate and give the documents a newer impression. This technique is also known by Composition or Illustration.
Q. What do I receive back from you?
A. You will receive one 8"
x 10" or two 5" x 7"s or four 4"
x 5" prints included with your restoration,
enhancement or special effect. A digital copy of
your work will be written to a CD. Don’t forget
to scan your downloaded pictures \ documents.
Q. How do I upload pictures?
A. Go to the Upload page, follow
step by step instructions to upload a picture. (You
will see a "Browse" button that will enable
you to select a picture from your computer disk.).
Q. How much does it cost to restore a photo?
A. All digital restorations are fixed price, $39.00 whether it be a black and white output, a colorized photograph, etc. This is a one stop shop. No hidden costs involved. We offer Free First Class Shipping.
